Kat Hansen is a rising theatre artist who is fascinated by every aspect of live theatre. Though she has been acting for 6 years, she also has built experience in directing, producing, choreographing, stage managing, and more. One of her most prominent accomplishments is her theatre company, Distanced Theatre Project, that she started when she was just 14 and continues to grow today. She is dedicated to creating fully collaborative environments that  ground stories in reality. Kat has studied at UCLA and La Jolla Playhouse summer intensives and will continue to expand her knowledge in college studying directing and/or theatre arts.
